GoQuo launches GQSupport for all its Clients
In a move that aims
to reinforce, streamline and revolutionise the support
infrastructure of GoQuo, GoQuo launches GQSupport – a web based
forum which allows all of GoQuo’s clients to place all the
issues and concerns that they would like GoQuo to address. This
facility is provided free to all of GoQuo’s clients.
Providing excellent support to its clients is a paramount
concern and a fundamental responsibility of GoQuo. Ron Ramanan,
Managing Director, of GoQuo believes: “When our clients sign up,
they do not just contract our products, they also contract our
time, our advice, our insights, and our commitment to assist
them through the whole development and integration process. Our
products, our flexibility and our support system form the

Prior to GQSupport, GoQuo assisted its clients in various ways:
through client visitations, through the phone, through email and
through any number of consultancy activities which allowed the
GoQuo team to provide further support for more complicated
issues. From the insights gathered by GoQuo from its market and
customer experience, issues arising from the project contracted
with clients are easier to monitor when all of the issues,
responses and feedbacks relating to the respective issues are
organised in a way which could be monitored easily and which
could give both the client and GoQuo a clearer picture of the
development of the concerns raised.
Because of this realisation, GQSupport was created by Janahan
Balasingham and his team from GoQuo’s London Special Projects
Division. With GQSupport, GoQuo’s clients not only have the
facility to view the status of their projects, they can also
create new issues, write comments, raise new ideas and upload
files for GoQuo to assess anywhere in the world. The moment
GoQuo’s clients add anything in GQSupport, members of GoQuo’s
team who are directly involved in the development of that
particular project will immediately get an email informing them
about this new issue.
GQSupport aims to enhance GoQuo’s support network and
facilitates the organisation of the issues that may arise from
its clients’ individual project/s. While providing an avenue for
GoQuo’s clients to reach GoQuo’s team anywhere in world and at
any time, GQSupport is also a tool to assess GoQuo’s efficiency
in tackling its clients’ issues and concerns. As each entry is
logged with date/time information, GoQuo would be able to assess
how quickly it resolves its clients’ issues and assess how GoQuo
can further improve its efficiency and services to its esteemed
clients.
